Paula MacLeods Creative Cake Company is no longer based at Bamber Leisure or Market Street and no longer undertakes cake commissions for general orders and works as Deputy head of the Cake Decorating school at Knightsbridge Pme Ltd in Enfield, London.Paula now has her first book on release available from all good bookshops and on Amazon, called "Celebration Cake Pops" in the Twenty to make range, "Sugar Sportie Figures" is a second book and is due for release in April, so watch out for this really fun and easy to follow modelling book available in the same range.
| "SULLY MONSTER" He is made from 3 square cakes, levelled and then carved by hand without an image to follow. This process took approximately 24 hours and a furthur 24 hours to cover in sugarpaste. He was very clever and won Paula a top gold at Birminghams Nec, Cake International 2005 show, then a silver at Hotelympia Salon Culinaire. He is still alive and well although slightly faded. One of his friends is buzz lightyear ! He proudly won gold this year at Salon Culinaires Hotelympia. Again a carved cake he took absolutely ages and Paula did not keep a record of the timing on this occasion as it took so long! Always striving for carved cake perfection her work appears regularly in Cake Craft and Decoration magazine as some of the step by step projects and her work has also featured in the past on sugarpaste packaging and in various magazine adverts. An authorized tutor for Wilton and PME Paula can indulge in her favouritist pastime whilst sharing her skills with like-minded enthusiasts!
