First book is now released, celebration cake pops! available on Amazon with Searchpress publishers. was at times very stressfull fitting everything in with workbut well worth it. second book on modelling is also out shortly this is due in April 2012, so keep an eye open for this!

This month started with a quick rush toLondon to help out at pme just for the day, back home to carry on prep work and get ready for weekend demonstration.Last month saw us end with a number cale workshop which my son Glen had a go at recording for me, just waiting for him to edit this so we can get a finished article ! From the class it was clear it is something that is needed.This month also includes the Wilton teacher training seminar at pme for two days,and very excitingly a working visit to Greece for a few days, this will be hard work but enjoyable this will be my first demonstrating abroad, and as always will miss the family but its not for long and not far away !Before departing the first two projects in my carving series for the magazine will be photographed so again will be very busy with completing these stages befpore I go. This will be feb well and truly filled and completed !!

Presently organizing first 2 of 4 articles for magazine shoot for Cake Craft and decoration magazine. Also completing workshop display pieces for the first half of the year, these are for knightbridge pme, Divertimenti and Mums who bake, Busy and exciting year ahead, this month ending with number cake covering workshop held at the Whitehouse in Wisbech. May and June have been as hectic as ever.Enjoying travelling up and down to and from PME in Enfield.The open weekend has just been .Have finally organized the next teaching at the whitehouse and have now confirmed dates for teaching with divermenti in London and Cambridge. Planning compettition ideas as it will very quickly come round !

This month as always has been hectic! Photoshoot has now been and gone, as always great fun even though stressful! Ideas are ongoing.This year has been chaotic with demonstrations,next week off to Ely again to a newly established sugarcraft club (contact yvonne yellow butterfly cakes ),and Sutton St James womens club. Last week was local in Wisbech and the week before at Haddenham.Will be in London next week and am still trying to sort out dates for teaching for the second half of the year including re-union for all the students.
